He has a rich experience of 20 years in the business of metals and is running our company since incorporation. He is a proven influencer & negotiator and has pragmatic approach of getting the required results. He has a power track record through his leadership vision and understanding of legal, regulatory, information security and compliance requirements of the industries. His long professional career gives guidance to his employees in achieving targets in a dynamic and complex business environment, building and maintaining strong and effective relationship with customers and suppliers and handling operational issues.

He is responsible for controlling, managing and directing the affairs of the company. He assists in analytical project execution by delivering consistently on multiple and complex projects aligned to business priorities independently; develop/own comprehensive end to end solutions to address any business problems; drive innovative analytical approaches across the teams and conceptualize and execute solutions to ambiguous problems. He Provide detailed documentation in relevant work repositories and guide and support development, conducting end to end testing, triaging testing issues and designing for any gaps, and prioritizing the issues for immediate fixing and for future release cycles.

Over the last Several years, he has been working on diverse areas of finance, accounting and operational management. He takes overall care of the financial attributes of the company. Mr. Yogender Kumar Sharma heads the secretarial functions of the Company. He has a rich experience in the field of Corporate Governance, Compliance, Regulatory and Corporate Secretarial.

He started his career with a listed company Indag Rubber Limited listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) situated at Saket, New Delhi. After that, he has worked with a Real Estate Company and managed secretarial functions of various group companies.

Mr. Yogender Kumar Sharma is a qualified Company Secretary and a Law graduate.
